重庆恒源粉未治金制品有限公司成立于2006年，是一家集研发、生产、销售于一体，专业制造中高强度铁基粉未治金结构零件;粉未冶金注射成形结构零件；粉未治金不锈钢、铜基及高合金结构零件的高新技术和科技型企业。随着企业发展公司再次扩建至江津白沙工业园，现拥有生产基地面积1.4万平方米左右，生产能力达4000T/年。

公司通过了IATF16949质量管理体系认证。同时正在进行智能化、自动化生产改造。公司不断研发改进加工工艺和提高产品性能，现拥有自主知识产权专利30余个。

现生产的产品主要用于交通工具（汽摩配件）、电动车（差速器配件）、电动工具（变速箱配件、电机配重件）、医疗器械、电器行业、船舶阀体、光伏配件等。现配套运用于汽车领域的如:长安、东安、上汽、柳州五菱、长城、奇瑞、比亚迪、吉利等各大主机厂。

公司拥有多名从事粉末冶金行业二十多年的高级专业技术人员，拥有超强的新产品设计、工艺制定及材料配比经验和模具研发能力。现有各类粉末成形压机（25T~700T）、烧结炉（真空炉、网带炉、推杆炉)、整形压机（100T~500T）、后处理设备、检测设备（三坐标、齿轮检测仪、金相显微镜等）、模具加工设备等近100台（套）。拥有三条全自动粉末冶金铁铜基生产线及一条粉未冶金不锈钢生产线和一条粉末冶金硬质合金生产线。能生产几克到两千克的各类粉未冶金结构零件、粉末冶金不锈钢结构件、粉末冶金硬质合金结构件。

At present, there are nearly 100 sets of powder forming presses (25T~700T), sintering furnaces (vacuum furnaces, mesh belt furnaces, push rod furnaces), shaping presses (100T~500T), post-processing equipment, testing equipment (three coordinates, gear detectors, metallographic microscopes, etc.), mold processing equipment, etc. It has three automatic powder metallurgy iron-copper based production lines, one powder unmetallurgized stainless steel production line and one powder metallurgy cemented carbide production line. It can produce all kinds of powder unmetallurgical structural parts, powder metallurgy stainless steel structural parts, powder metallurgy cemented carbide structural parts from a few grams to two kilograms.
